Our Breaking Bread Bakery Café Cookbook

In the beginning, there was a café with soups, salads, sandwiches, bread, and pastries. We made comfort foods that we enjoyed. We happily discovered many of you enjoyed them as well. The café couldn't contain the growth of bread and pastries so a separate bakery was built. When we closed the café to concentrate on the bakery, many of you let us know how much you missed our lunch items. So we have picked our most popular recipes and tested them in smaller versions.
